Any member is eligible to receive and display FOP tags.
Members must bring with them the following:
* Dirvers License
* MD Registration with their name on it
* Proof of Insurance
* FOP Membership Card
* Check for $15.00 made payable to FOP3
Members must apply for tags at the Lodge.
Applications will not be mailed out under any circumstancts.
